What we collect

This website has no accounts, no forms that store data, and no advertising or analytics trackers. When you email us to book or ask a question, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us, such as your party size and dietary needs.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. These logs are deleted on a rolling basis.

The brine calculator

The fermentation calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to us or stored.

Fonts

We load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address. Google’s own privacy policy covers that request.

How we use your information

We use booking details only to plan and serve your meal or event and to reply to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing. We keep booking emails for up to two years for our records.

Your choices

Guests may write to our Haywood Road dining room to inspect, amend, or purge the information we hold about you by writing to [email protected].
